Our newest dermal filler, Decoria, is our latest product range, owing to Bohus BioTech’s more than 20 years of experience from research, development and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based products. The manufacturing process of Decoria is itself based on 30 years of Swedish research and is a unique advancement of the filler manufacturing process, creating a product that is both safe, durable and easy to handle.
The Decoria product range offers two products for aesthetic enhancement of the face. Decoria essence and Decoria intense. Decoria consists of a stabilized and highly purified form of hyaluronic acid extracted from a synthetic source, structurally identical to the body’s own hyaluronic acid, creating a highly biocompatible product. They are injectable implants, in the form of a transparent gel, used for correction and shaping of facial wrinkles and folds, facial contouring and for lip enhancement. Just one injection of Decoria produces an immediate result and a long-lasting effect.
The hyaluronic acid in Decoria has been stabilized to give an extra-long-lasting result. The effect can last up to 12 months, depending, among other things, on the area treated and the structure of the skin.
Please note that we recommend patients planning to undergo a treatment with any of our dermal fillers to control that the practitioner performing the treatment is certified according to national legislation, rules or common certification, for example “Estetiska injektionsrådet” in Sweden.
Decoria essence
Decoria essence is used to advantage in the correction and shaping of superficial to moderately deep facial wrinkles and folds, as well as for lip enhancement. The product may be used to give increased fullness to the lips, and to mark the edges of the lips, or to create a distinct Cupid’s bow.
Decoria intense
Decoria intense is intended for the correction and shaping of moderately deep to deep wrinkles and folds, and for facial contouring.
